Covid restrictions

The Public Health Authority of the Slovak Republic as the competent state administration body in the field of public health care according to § 5 sec. 4 letter h) of the Act no. 355/2007 Coll. on the protection, promotion and development of public health and on change and amendment to some acts (further only “Act No. 355/2007 Coll.”) due to the declaration of an emergency situation in the Slovak Republic by the Government of the Slovak Republic by Government Resolution no. 111 of 11.03.2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic announced on 11 March 2020 by the Director-General of the World Health Organization, on the basis of the conclusions of the Central Crisis Staff meeting of 21 April 2020 under § 48 sec. 4 letter a), c), e) and j) of Act no. 355/2007 Coll. with effect from 22.04.2020 from 06:00 hrs to appeal, in the sale of textiles PROHIBITION of clothing testing.
For this reason, from the same day, 22.04.2020 until further notice, we cannot accept the return of goods upon withdrawal from the purchase contract and also cannot accept claims. In both cases, the purchased goods were tested or worn.
