Dsquared, also known as D2, is a fashionable and well-known brand of trendy clothing and accessories for men and women, born in 1995, an expression of a typically street world style, extravagant and with an original and exclusive design.
The name "D" in the square, is the initial of the name of the two founders, the designers-brothers Dean and Dan Caten. The Caten twins completed their design studies in New York and in 1992 decided to leave America, to devote themselves to fashion, moving to Milan.
Dsquared is an innovative brand because it combines fashion and art, proposing models, colors and sparkling creations, definitely not customary, to seize the center of the scene. The fashion brand has created a wide range of total look products, which today are a status symbol among young people, from shoes to clothes, from scarves to hats, from underwear to belts, from moccasins to sneakers.
The woman line was born in 2003. The leaders of the brand, inspired by the North American style, casual and disinterested, are worn by international stars. In 2006, the designer brothers received the Golden Needle award, previously won by celebrities such as Gianni Versace, Jean Paul Gaultier, John Galliano and Oscar de la Renta.
